4 of these symptoms and they haven’t let up yet. Trying to stay hydrated as much as we can and let nature run its course……but if it doesn’t let up in the next day or so, I have to go to the doctor and see if anything can be prescribed because I can’t afford to keep missing work (especially right after coming back from a vacation). I have missed 2 days of work so far, and managed 2 days at work because I didn’t eat anything. If you try to eat with this, you’re screwed. My sister is a flight attendant and travels a lot and has been a lot of places and countries in her 20+ years of being a flight attendant. She has never gotten sick like this anywhere.

We also ate a few appetizers at Ricks Cafe in Negril on the evening of the 12th. My stay was from August 16th - August 20th. The evening of August 19th I started with diarrhea and fever. We left August 20th and the next night I was hospitalized (for 3 days) with severe Salmonella poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

August 5-7th 2022 Wedding of 90 guests there and more than 1/4 of us have gotten sick over the weekend. Most have gotten diarrhea, several vomiting, one had to go to a hospital because his kidneys were failing. This place is filthy

7/11 to the 7/14 Came home Friday night by Saturday diarrhea started and body aches and nausea. I’ve had diarrhea for 7 days now and now dehydration. Never again will I go back.

filled from the tap as well. I had a wedding Thursday night which was a buffet of Jamaican jerk food, ox tail, fish in sauce, etc. I am not sure if my diarrhea and stomach cramps are from the wedding or other areas in the resort. Also, I was given a glass with a lip stick stain on it- I could tell this place is not big on cleanliness. I will not be back.
I have never been so ill with a stomach virus in my life- I am sure it is salmonella. When I fly back the US tomorrow I will need to go to the doctors to get tested to confirm my theory. June 26, 2021, I ate chicken from the beach and became sick, I had to go to emergency room when I returned to the US, and was told I had salmonella.

our first full day in Jamaica and I caught food poisoning from a Buffett breakfast or possibly eldorado steakhouse night before 12 hours prior , i projectile vomited in our bathroom , it was everywhere and I felt so bad the cleaning lady was two rooms down

and I apologized to her and tipped her 50.00 , I felt perfect until after breakfast 30 min later but then 20 min after my vomit episode my stomach was loosely sour and I literally stayed in bed all day sipping water and Gatorade , I forced ate some bread and drank two entire glasss of sprite that night and went back to bed and woke up around 1:38am and I felt fine thank god , was able to do our Dunn’s falls excursion on the second day (Tuesday) and rest of trip went off fine but I was not a fan of the food at all and I love cruise ship food. Resort refused to compensate me because I didn’t seek aid with the on-site doctor but no one told us there was a doctor on-site if we needed medical attention I sure would have went instead of missing my first day of vacation . I logged incident that night with front desk in case anyone else got food poisoned but they said they had no other reports , this was Monday April 25,2022
