Brought home Panda Express afternoon from Panda Express’s at 7560 W Lake Mead Blvd, Las Vegas NV yesterday afternoon 3-1-2024 about 3pm. The two affected individuals reported symptoms consistent with a bacterial toxin, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramping, chills, and body aches.

Environmental Health investigators visited the restaurant on March 11, 2024, identifying potential risk factors for bacterial toxin growth, including improper cooling of food and inadequate refrigeration.
