were supposed to check out went the front desk to mention the problem I was having instead of asking me what was my name or what room number I was in she told me to buy some medication at the gift shop if it doesn’t work come back so they can order something from the pharmacy. Not even asking me if was ok or anything for the record no one is using gloves and the buffet did not have a hot surface or should I say hot stove.
