- comments: observed reach in cooler at an improper cold holding temperature of 55f at time of inspection. Found no tcs foods in cooler at time of inspection. Noted cooler in use filled with sliced onions and bell peppers and a variety of sauces. Instructed manager to no longer use said cooler. Reach in cooler tagged and held for inspection by chicago department of public health, said cooler must remain tagged until it is inspected by cdph and maintaining a cold holding temperature of 41f or below. Priority violation.

Instructed manager to provide the following label requirements to all prepackaged self service food items: the common name of the food, a list of ingredients and sub-ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight, including a declaration of artificial colors, artificial flavors and chemical preservatives, if contained in the food; the name and place of business (city, state, zip code) of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor; and the name of the food source for each major food allergen contained in the food.

- comments: found handwashing sink detached from wall located next to pizza oven in front prep. Instructed manager to repair and maintain. Noted prep cooler (top cooler portion) with a broken handle. Cooler is located next to pizza oven. Also noted right top door of prep cooler broken. Must repair and maintain or replace.

- comments: found no covered garbage receptacle located in employee unisex toilet room. Instructed to provide.

our own meals. He had a 20 piece nugget + fries + bbq sauce. I had a Big Mac + fries + ranch and buffalo sauce. This was the only food we had eaten that day, besides some store-bought packaged Chex-Mix. Within approximately 2 hours I was vomiting about every 30 minutes even when I ran out of things to throw up. 2 days later and I am still experiencing symptoms such as fever, nausea, diarrhea, and lack of appetite.

on April 4 2024, me and my boyfriend went to panda express. He ordered a plate with orange chicken and chow mein. After we got home he started throwing up, while cleaning it up I discover there was raw chicken in his throw up. i’m extremely angry.

He was sleepless through the night, drive heaving and throwing up liquid, we had almost went to the hospital because he was feeling extremely uneasy. We had leftovers from the panda express, and I discover there is more raw chicken pieces. I DO NOT recommend eating at panda express in Auburn, California.
