Also observed mouse droppings on the floor behind the chest freezers in the hallway, in the washrooms on the floors, on the food prep tables where dishes are stored and on top of the dishes, behind the stage and in the front storage room, and on the shelves and on top of food cans in the rear storage areas. Must contact a licensed pest control company to provide insect and vermin services. Must remove all evidence of pest activity and clean area. 54 - observed outside garbage dumpster overflowing with trash preventing lid closure. Trash must be stored inside waste receptacle so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. Priority 7-42-090. Citation issued.
