It was their premade salad of mozzarella, tomato and balsamic vinaigrette. I bought two of them. The first one I ate with salmon. When I felt nausea after, I thought it was the salmon. I had the second salad the next day. Shortly after, I felt nausea again - this time with diarrhea and vomiting.

Lemon & herbs pre-marinaded half chicken. It tasted funny the night I ate it, but I was hungry as heck so decided to eat it. The next day I felt dizzy, had the chills, my body hurt all over and was way sensitive to light and sound.

I ate spinach tortellini from and felt nauseated when I woke up early the next morning. I kept expecting to throw up, but I never did. I just had nausea, cramps, etc and had to cancel my work out class because I was certain I'd throw up if I did go.

87107, USA. The recall was initiated after the firm discovered that it had not completed a hazard analysis for potential C. botulinum growth and toxin production in its processing, storage, and shipping of raw onions into vacuum-sealed bags. The recall is ongoing.
The recalled product is branded as Onion Yellow Med 3 Outer Rings, packaged in a 5 LB vacuum sealed, clear plastic bag. The product bears a white paper label with the following information:
