My husband ate a Big Zax Snack Meal for lunch at 1 p.m. on 3/20/24 and ever since he got home at 5 p.m. he has been projectile vomiting and having diarrhea non-stop. He is very weak, pale, and clammy and has a very swollen lower abdomen... See More that is tender. He literally can not stay away from the bathroom but for a total 5 minutes at a time. We got medicine and Pedialyte into him only to have him throw that up minutes after taking it and even though he has nothing left to throw up he is still dry heaving. I'm very upset that he has to go through something like this and especially at what use to be his favorite restaurant! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Swelling See Less

PF Chang's Gainesville

Went out with friends and we had pan fried pork dumplings, shrimp tempura roll, Chang's signature chicken, pork belly fried rice with shrimp, wagyu steak and pad thai with shrimp and the apple cinnamon crunch with a few beverages. One of us just had... See More the steak, the other 3 felt sick and uneasy in a few hours. With diarrhea and stomach pain for all 3 of us. Our service and food was great but the stomach sickness bummed me out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain See Less

I started eating a Digiorno croissant crust, three meat pizza, and then I started getting very ill after eating 4 slices. I ended up throwing up nonstop, 5 times, and it was spaced apart. I had the worst cold chills, sweats, and this was the worst food... See More poisoning I’ve ever had in my entire life, bar none. I’m sure that people are dying from it. My body has been pre exposed to certain traumas in my life, and I believe that it is killing the average person. I need to get a hold of the manufacturer because I’m sure there are “casualties of war” unfortunately, in an attempt to save lives. For a while I thought I was going to die because of it. The number on the box is 32925259 51 EST5754U14:23

If you see this number on the box, run, don’t walk away, as you will likely suffer the same fate as I have, and you might not be lucky enough to live to tell it. I would bet money that someone had to have died from it already by what I experienced. Eat at your own risk. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Night Sweats

A few hours or number of hours after eating at Jim’s Pizza on 224th in Maple Ridge my daughter and I independently became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea. (Pasta with chicken) (salad with chicken). Granddaughter didn’t eat chicken and never got ill. Vomiting lasted 12 hours... See More every few minutes and diarrhea 4 days. Had to monitor blood sugar regularly as diabetic and try to keep hydrated. I’m in my 70’s so recovery was much longer than a young person. I’ve since learned that apparently it’s common knowledge to many and many, many individuals have got food poisoning from this location over the past weeks and/or months and this place is still operating.
