This product was produced and packaged on June 17, 2021. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product.

I ate the frozen pf Chang's fried rice for lunch. I cooked it according to directions on box. I did not eat dinner because I had the rice about 11am est. About 5pm I started feeling sick at my stomach. The next morning I keep feeling like... See More I was going to vomit and I called my dr and he called in promethazine. I had severe diarrhea but not vomiting yet. I took it promptly about 8 am. I kept getting sicker and I took another then another. By noon I took 4 promethazine but the diarrhea was not stopping. About 1pm I was sweating and checked my temperature and it was 102.8. I started vomiting about 1:30pm and it was continuous every 10 to 15 minutes. I kept trying to take something for a fever and nausea but kept throwing it up. I eventually was dry heaving there was nothing left to come out. My stomach felt like a knife being stuck in my stomach at the top and bottom. I was bed ridden for 3 days. All I could drink was a little sprite randomly. I went to my doctor after 3 days of pain and he determined it was food poisoning.
