After which we all felt sick. We went to Urgent care was told it was food poisoning. stomach pain and cramps, headache, feeling lightheaded, severe bowl movements. I suffered from Saturday-Monday, April 15, 2024. In the meantime I am still consuming partial frozen bottles of water. Unaware of the issue from the water. I call urgent care on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. They tell me to go to be seen. I am now severely lethargic and lightheaded. Shortly after I lay down I ask my granddaughter to bring me a bottle of water from the box. She says the water has white stuff floating in the water. I tell her to bring the water to me. I see a lot of white cloud like particles floating in the water. I get several more unopened bottles from the box they all have this stuff floating in the water. My bowls and stomach have not gotten back to normal yet. kept taking Tylenol while laying in bed but Monday (today) she was worse so I took her to IU Urgent Care. They ran a Covid test and Flu test. She vomited twice when she was there so they gave her a shot of Phenegren for nausea. Covid and flu tests were negative and the doctor asked her what she had to eat that day she got sick. She had banana bread for lunch and Chick Fila strips and waffles fries for dinner and the doctor immediately reacted when I mentioned Chick Fil A. He said she has food poisoning and sent her home with a script for more Phenegren. She’s also supposed to continue with Tylenol. Her heart rate was elevated and they said if she gets worse to take her back to the ER. Then I was given a list of specific foods and liquids that I could give her. Now I need to go to the pharmacy and go get groceries for her.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Shaking, Migraine

go to urgent care this morning from my illness and was also diagbosed of seafood poisoning which has now caiswd me to call off work on my first day at my new job so i can probably kiss that job goodbye now.. reschedule appointents.. i have to reschedule a job interview at long horn which will probably be another loss of opportunity.. i also have to cancel soccer practice today.. after reviewing the reviews on your website this is something your conpany has been struggling for weeks over.. how many people will it take before you fix your issue..thsn our sever let us know how low staffed you are and how shes been there for years and ready to walk out of her job over lack of staffing.. also that is not a reason to get people sick.
