I ate the $3 chicken bites and fries box. Approximately 6 hours later, I was awoken from a sound sleep with the worst abdominal cramps of my life,I'm talking worse than prepping for a colonoscopy. Immediately followed by several episodes of watery diarrhea. Yes I am currently typing from the can. I fear that my rectum is going to prolapse. eaten into the pastry and halfway through noticed a rotting/mold on the Custard as well as the pastry was burnt. Immediately I stopped eating the pastry. I emailed Checkers Hartebeespoort and they offered me a replacement and brushed it off, I asked the representative "how can you replace something that made me sick I have already lost trust in Checkers " I then found a Complaint number on Google and sent a whatsapp message with the pictures. I then got some Gaviscon and Immodium as since then I have had an upset, runny tummy. Eventually on Friday I went to see a doctor as these symptoms have not stopped. The doctor has given me medication and today 5 days later I am still in pain with the same symptoms, no one has contacted me today. Last week when I had spoken to someone else from Head Office she had told me that there was mold on the pastry.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Went to Applebee's today 2/13/2024, drank a chocolate milkshake. Stomach cramps and nausea almost immediately. Ate the Chicken Alfredo dish, went in the restroom and heard another woman in there with bad diarrhea. Got home about 4 hours ago and now I myself is having diarrhea and nausea. By the way, same exact Applebee's in Toms River.

I was there for spring break vacation with my family & couldn’t even do everything we planned due to me being stuck in my hotel most of the time! I felt very sick and had major stomach pains, horrible diarrhea, sweats, achy body & nauseous for a couple hours. It made me suffer when I should be making memories & having a fun filled day with my loved ones, unfortunately I had to end up cutting my vacation short bc I didn’t feel good for days. There is actually a Norovirus going around that is flying across the US. It hits very suddenly. My husband and I ate dinner and were both absolutely fine. He got up and started helping to clean up and BOOM, out of nowhere, it hit him. Safe with my 2 friends. He went to work and was fine. All of the sudden at 10:30 it hit him like a brick and she was fine at her work and about 2 or 3 hours after it hit him like a brick it hit her. It hits like a tornado. Read your CDC reports online.
