on our way home. All five (5) of us ordered chicken, but only three (3) of the five (5) ordered a milkshake. The three (3) who ordered the milkshake fell violently ill, with the exact same symptoms and at the same time, exactly thirty-six (36) hours later. They range in age from 12 - 80 years old. It is now four (4) days since the onset of symptoms, and they have not subsided. The two of us who had a soft drink in lieu of the milkshake are fine. Given we spent the weekend together, traveled together, and ate the same food, the only variant and potential culprit is the milkshake. Either the container was handled by an unclean or unwell individual or the milkshake prep area is improperly cleaned and/or contaminated. chills, fever and tremors, starting sometime between 10:30a and 1:30p. At first I was not sure of the relationship and sought treatment from my PCP who could not find any cause after examining me and in his office. During my second episode he sent me to the ER because my fever would not respond to ibuprofen. A battery of tests were done (urinalysis, CT scans of head, pelvis, and abdomen, chest x-rays, EKG, full blood work analysis) and no apparent cause was found, so I was put on a broad spectrum antibiotic as a precaution. I voluntarily stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha for a few days, although my PCP and the ER doctor did not think it could be the cause, and I did not have the fever and tremors on the days I did not drink it. Once I felt totally recovered and was done with the antibiotics, I drank my usual cup of Ryze Mushroom Matcha, but only about half the cup. Within 4 hours after drinking it, I had another episode of severe chills, tremors, and a fever which finally subsided about 4 hours after taking 800mg of Motrin. It's taken a few days for my body to recover, but I have stopped drinking the Ryze Mushroom Matcha and I have not had any recurring episodes. The closest drop-down was Rhyze Mushrooms, but that’s not correct. I ordered the Ryze Mushroom Matcha from ryzesuperfoods .com.

Thats because they NASTY in Hamiltucky. Finger lickin, no hand washing, pick nose save for later behind ear, pick ear and sniff fingers. Its like that at all the fast food places. Lowest, dirtiest people alive work there. I have exhausted all opportunities in fast food. I have quite every fast food place in the area. I am scolded because I use too much paper towels and always washing my hands. Told I am notto wear gloves because I am wasting them! Well what are you saving them for? Oh thats right. The employees steel the gloves and cut the fingers off so they make perfect air tight dope containers.

Btw I did throw up I threw up everything I ate. I’m never eating at that subway again. I live all the way in Cincinnati. I went to Hamilton because my people was out there. I never ate in Hamilton before I never got sick of Subway in my city until I went to Hamilton never again.

Street in Montreal. The recall was initiated by the company in agreement with MAPAQ and the Montreal Food Inspection Division as a precautionary measure. The warning is specifically for individuals who suffer from wheat or milk allergies, celiac disease, or other gluten-induced illnesses. As of now, no allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these products have been reported to MAPAQ.

The products in question are the "Mergez" and "Italiennes Fortes" sausages.
- The "Mergez" sausages contain wheat.
- While the "Italiennes Fortes" sausages contain both wheat and milk.
These allergens are not declared on the product labels.

If you have this product at home, do not consume it and we recommend returning it to the store where it was purchased.

If individuals with milk allergies, celiac disease, or other gluten-induced illnesses consume food with undeclared gluten, they may experience adverse reactions. For those with milk allergies, symptoms can range from mild (hives, stomach upset) to severe (anaphylaxis).
