I ate approximately at 12;30 PM. I ordered my usual, a #11. I modify mine with no cheese tomato or mayo, but add onions, sauce and oregano. I noticed within the first couple of bites that it tasted a little different, but I didn’t care because I haven’t drank or ate anything yet. About an hour after I ate the whole sandwich, my stomach started to feel really weird and I randomly felt extremely exhausted. I got home and tried to take a nap and lay down for awhile because usually that makes me feel better. I randomly got the urge to vomit, which I did for a good 15 minutes straight, following by unsuspected and uncontrollable diharrea. This happened a day ago and nothing has improved and I have no appetite whatsoever. I can’t even digest liquids because I throw everything up, including water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Organic is when the bird wasn't fed or injected with the growth hormone that makes it become a bigger size faster than usual time, etc, however it doesn't necessarily mean the food is safe to eat. From what I see the colours (an excessive red and dark) of those chicken don't seem normal to me, also the air inside the frozen bag could be an indicator of microbial growth, so it's better not to eat the second one.
