At approximately 12:10 p.m. My 10 year old son had a small fry and a 4 piece chicken nugget and for myself it was a large iced coffee. I had indulged quite heavily in my iced coffee as the Florida heat was quite hot yesterday and then i ask my son if I could have just one single French fry. The one that he gave me was a rather large crispy one and it actually looked delicious however to my surprise I immediately said to my son hey my French fry tasted weird! Him being a kid and so excited over having McDonald's in the middle of his school day, he didn't give a notable reply as to indicate any kind of personal opinion on his behalf. He basically continued eating in his normal preferred manner....by enjoying all of the French fries 1st ( no matter what the size LOL) and then move to the entree portion of his McDonalds meal 2nd. ( in this case his entree was a four piece nugget) Now fast forward to 4:30 a.m... without warning my son is suddenly woken up by severe nausea, and without warning, ends up vomiting only seconds later. Experiences sudden vomiting again at 6 a.m. followed by slight cramping in his stomach which never went away. Then at 7:15 a.m. rushes to the toilet (which is no more than five feet away from his bed where he was laying) because now diarrhea has taken over. every time he would leave the bathroom he would have time to get to his bed sit down arrange his vomit bucket next to him and try to get comfortable just for the diarrhea to strike again and sendhim right back to the bathroom...so he basically had a bucket on his lap while he was sitting on the toilet and has been in the bathroom the entire day except for the three to four different times we had to help him back to the bedroom so he could change out of soiled clothes. 6:00 pm he cannot keep water down he cannot keep an ice pop down, he cannot keep Pepto-Bismol down nor does he have an appetite. He now has a low grade fever, which I was only able to get the reading because he finally was able to close his eyes and rest for the time being.
