Myself, my husband, granddaughter, her husband and their 22 month old son ate lunch at the Cotton Exchange on Monday Feb 19, 2018 at about 1:00pm. The common food the 4 adults ate was the spinach dip appetizer. The baby did not eat any. Everyone was feeling fine and had no health issues at this point. At approximately 8pm that evening I began not feeling well with mild abdominal cramping that within approximately an hour progressed to sudden nausea and vomiting that continued throughout the night. Associated symptoms included headache and low grade temp. All four adults became ill thought the night and into the next day with same N/V, cramps, HA and 2 with associated diarrhea. As of today 2/26/18 I continue to lack appetite and feel weak. All other symptoms have subsided. I called the restaurant Wed 2/21/18 and spoke to the manager to report. I returned a call today 2/26/18 as I had not heard back. I spoke to the general manager who stated they served 11 orders of spinach dip that day with no other reports off illness. He stated food borne illness takes at least 24hrs to begin and suggested we had a flu bug. I believe food poisoning can occur more quickly and given how well we all felt prior and the fact the baby did not get sick at all, it was related to the spinach dip. We reviewed all the food consumed within the prior 24hrs and it was the only common food we all ate. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Cramps, Loss of Appetite, Diarrhea

I would have extreme diarrhea. So today I pooped and noticed I pooped a lot, this is my 3rd round of pooping after flushing 2 other consecutive rounds. Im finding what looks like it could be parasites but I never had that happen before nor know if that’s what they look like if they even come out of your rectum. I’m looking harder and it seems like it may be noodles and bean sprouts and scallions that didn’t get digested. That definitely look like it was the Trader Joe’s frozen vegetable pad Thai.
