I went to the old spaghetti factory, I ordered a salad with ranch dressing, ate some bread and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Everything was going well until the pasta arrived. We picked up food. My husband ate rigatoni and then had a weird stomach feeling. I had tortellini ham cream. About 30 minutes later I had stomach pain. The whole thing just kept getting worse. Followed by nausea, chills, etc.
