I went out for dinner last night with my husband and we ordered the crispy yam and avacado roll, sticky Thai chicken and beef nachos. Within hours I was throwing up and had diarrhea. Will not eat there again that’s for sure  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

a&w. I saw workers not wearing gloves. Today I found myself going to the restroom over 10times having multiple diarrheas. At the point where even undigested food is passing through with the diarrheas. I feel nauseas, feel bloated, and having non stop stomach cramp. I am going to see a doctor on monday. Between 12 and 1pm on Dec. 9th.
Ordered Fried Chicken and waffles.
Around 4pm i started to feel nauseous, by 5pm I started to vomit. It's 7pm now and I feel nauseous and I've vomited and had diarrhea.

I had cereal around 8am, and I ate no food after my meal at lunch time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
