Wednesday evening Fried mushrooms with a side of ranch I had not eaten anything else in 8 hours, I was sick within an hour, doctor confirmed food poisoning, at the time thought it could’ve been from soda fountain however my brother got the same drink I did and did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain

I couldn’t go to work and stayed in bed. About halfway through the day, it turned into diarrhea. Then around 4, it subsided. I only had water, Gatorade, pedialyte, and a sleeve of saltine crackers. I figured that I could have some more cheerios to start out since I was feeling better. Almost immediately, I began to feel uncomfortable again with Severe stomach pains, and over the next few hours, it became worse. Vomiting induced as well as more diarrhea.
