- comments: noted rat droppings in the following areas throughout the premises: approximately 50 droppings behind the kitchen tall cooler and deep fryer, 10-15 behind the kitchen box freezer, 10- 15 under the kitchen three compartment sink and dish machine. Noted 5-10 droppings under the stage in main 1st floor area. Approximately 15 to 20 droppings in the basement along baseboards throughout. Recommend having the pest control co. Service establishment for rats, must remove all droppings, sanitize all affected areas and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

Citation issued 7-38-005 priority foundation food handlers are pushing large bbq pit inside of the establishment at this time.
