I immediately went back to sleep and woke up an hour later to vomit again, this time with a fever. I knew something was wrong and yelled for my husband, at which point he told me that he had also thrown up so we were able to narrow it down to them from the night before. I ordered a chicken bowl to go on 07/05/18, the bowl had brown rice, chicken, black beans, mild mix, corn, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce. It started a few hours after eating it. It was all I ate that day and I felt perfectly fine before then.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a black bean, rice, and cheese quesadilla from Chipotle 2 days ago and 15 minutes later felt very nauseous, then 20 minutes later puked and had diarrhea for the next day. Mind you, this was all I had eaten all day, and it is all that came up later on.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
