Had some Wishbone ranch dressing with my lunch this afternoon and noticed that it had a strong vinegar smell to it and a little off tasting. Developed stomach cramps, unpleasant smelling burping and nausea. Just purchased it from Walmart not even 3 days ago, and expiration date isn't till May 2024.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Burping

That McDonald's is nasty along with the one out at the Love's truck stop in town! I found a piece of blue scrubbing pad from where they clean their grills with stuck on my sausage this morning! Does no good to complain, the owner and the managers just look the other way and offer nothing to correct their issues!

in my mouth out into a napkin, and made the horrid discovery of an insects head! I looked further, and discovered that it was either a grasshopper or locust that was stuck in with the lettuce mix. I kept the remains in a zip lock bag.

Today (8/1/22) I took the remaining salad out to my parent's chickens as no one else wanted to touch it after the incident the night before, and made the discovery of yet another insect inside the mix! You could tell by both that they were dead for awhile, which probably happened during processing or packaging. I have now been nauseated for 24 hours since eating the first bug, and having other gastric issue's.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Gas
