I have known gull stones it seems they find that to be the cause. It’s not that. My husband spit out the bite he took. He said it tasted awful. I liked it. The meal was bought at The Island Grill inside the Nugget hotel we were staying at. On April 12, 2024 Started feeling really bad at 10 pm and by 12 pm we called the ambulance to the room. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, as well as the fettuccine Alfredo for dinner. I woke up with the worst stomach pains and couldn’t stop puking for hours, tmi but also had the runs. after dinner Thursday night (1/18/24) for dessert. Later that evening my husband said “I dunno why, but Lucky Charms always messes me up.” And I thought that’s so silly, it’s cereal, come on. Then all day Friday I had stomach cramps and rough bowel movements, which evolved to severe diarrhea all day Saturday - I thought, no way it can be Lucky Charms, but then I looked into it and saw all the reports of food poisoning and thought - wow maybe my husband was on to something. So I wanted to let people know - I will not be buying Lucky Charms again that’s for sure. It’s a shame they closed the investigation because it has not been resolved and the products should be recalled until new batches have been made under tighter regulations.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
