ate daily bc it is SO unhealthy. However, i love LC and would treat myself on occasion. Now i can't eat it at all bc 2 years ago i started having these issues. About a month ago i was craving LC so i bought a box and ate a big bowl...and suffered and paid for it for 2 days. We don’t know but read about the lucky charms afterwards  This is the story. Nothing more to tell . 
We purchased it in a grocery store here. I believe it was this place.
