Additional information: I got a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. About 3 hours later I got nausea and diarrhea followed by vomiting. See Less

then when woke up around 1 am I felt nausea and thought that I was gonna throw up so I went and tried to throw up on the bathroom but couldn’t and I also could not poop, so I went back to bed and fell asleep.
