I ate Thai Soup and grilled cheese with tomato on sourdough bread Tuesday evening.

about sweet food make me feel nauseated. It lasted for approximately 07 hours. I felt very tired and sleepy. Getting better the day after. Slight headache. No energy.

I’ve always liked their food. It’s a shame because I won’t be eating there anymore.

Their management should make sure the stores are kept clean, including bathrooms. Just hose down the store and clean every day. It’s lacking higiene. Very easy to stay in business in times of hardship. Keep it clean!

Ate the salad and chicken marsala . I was sick for 3 LONG days. Didn't feel good even after that for up to a week. I reported to PA Dept. of Health. I know it was the food there because I didn't eat all day prior.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
