wave of nausea and immediately starting vomiting every 10/15 minutes for 2 hours. I had dizziness and a cramping feeling in my stomach. I left work around 2:15 pm and proceeded to vomit a few more times at home and then dry-heaved another hour because my stomach was empty. I did NOT have a fever (I checked 2 different thermometers). My temperature was 95.7/95.9 respectively. carrots.  Male age 66 ate one unwashed carrot at 2:30 pm Feb 2.  Felt nausea soon after.  Ate some home cooked chili to settle stomach (others ate same chili and did not get sick).  Had diarrhea by 2:00 am. 3:30 am got very dizzy and threw up.  Mostly clear liquid.  It happened on Feb 2-3,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

Ate a box of 10 wings on 7/20/21, next day had diarrhea. Got worse next day with bloody stool, and violent diarrhea and dehydration going on 6 days now. Starting to feel a little better but still very ill. Dysentery is no joke!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloody Stool, Dehydration

non stop vomiting, and diarrhea. I called them to let someone know, so no one else got sick. I said "Hi, I just wanted to let someone know that I got sick from eating lunch here a little bit ago so that no one else gets sick". The employee proceeded to get an attitude quickly, and say "You can't get food poisoning that quickly it takes at least 24 hours, so you didn't get it here." Which isn't true at all. So I proceeded to just let him know that I wasn't trying to cause any issues, and I wasn't mad at anyone. I just wanted to let someone know.. so that no one else got sick. It's the next day.. Currently May 27th, at 4:38pm and I am in a health clinic getting IV fluids because I am dehydrated, and diagnosed with Food poisoning. Still throwing up.
