sick. I didn’t have the strength to get up out of my seat and worst case scenario was that I would have been sick in my seat. I tried to distract my mind and managed to hold off until we got to a service station. I managed to get myself off the coach and to the toilet. I had diarrhoea and was vomiting violently.
