Boyfriend got fried rice, walnut shrimp and a grilled meat of some sort with jalapeño, bell pepper, onion, etc.

Few hours later I started feeling nauseous. Into the night we both develop diarrhea. Whole next day we both couldn’t stay off the toilet.

Day Breakfast wrap was consumed by myself it was soggy and not heated at all was given to us cold. We were both starving and consumed the food given. Food was purchased approx at 10.30am no queues was empty actually. All Day Breakfast wrap tasted really rank only ate 3/4 of it as was Hungry. Stomach started cramping within a few hours of getting home! At 11.45pm felt nauseous ,had severe cramping of my stomach had to run to the bathroom and vomitted excessively and had the runs all at the same time! Felt washed out completely and also felt like my legs were a dead weight. Had the shivers and a high temperature since and symptoms still persisting.Not been able to tolerate food or fluids since!
