Observed 2 live roaches crawling on wall behind hand washing sink in kitchen area, 3 live roaches crawling on a deli slicer on top of preparation table next to seasonings, salsa, and mustard, and 1 live roach crawling on broom stored inside of kitchen next to reach in cooler. **Warning**

- High Priority - Roach excrement and/or droppings present. Observed 1 roach egg on top of a can of tomato sauce also approximately 20+excrements on the shelf lining the wall behind the prep table in the kitchen nearby the hand washing sink. **Warning**

- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Front counter steam table: sweet plantains (129F - Hot Holding); cooked pork belly (110F - Hot Holding) fried cheese taco (90F - Hot Holding); beef flautas (110F - Hot Holding), operator discarded the products. As per operator, cooked 1 hour before the inspection. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**

- comments: tcs food at improper temperature. We observed 4 gallons of milk at temp of 52. 1f to 52. 7f, a dozen of eggs at temp of 46. 6f stored at display coolr in selling area. Products discarded and denatured. Cold food must maintain temp of 41f and below. Pound 10 , value $40. Priority violation:7-38-005, citation issued.

- comments: we observed over 300 mice droppings throughout the premises. In selling area: under shelves, on top of shelves by the food (rice, flour, etc. ), on window ledges. We observed gnawed bags of dry foods by front widows and on shelves at selling area. Also observed a live mouse coming out running from under a shelf and went under two door reach-in freezer. Roodent droppings also in rear utensil washing area and storage: on floor, racks and equipment. Instructed to remove all droppings, sanitize and maintain. Have premises serviced by pest control control company, eliminate rodents. Priority violation:7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: floors not clean under shelves and equipment. Must remove dropping, debris and items from floors throughout the premises.

Management voluntarily discarded approximately 8lbs of food worth $200. Instructed management to cold hold all tcs foods at 41f or colder at all times. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

and picking up condiments I realize a foul odor coming from the hot dog which had a sort of mango tomato chetney and some what perplexed due to the rotting smell. I was SO taken aback from the
faint rot meat smell .I sat down with my husband not sure if it was the smell because of a cocktail or the food on my tray. I never had to complain in the seaworld parks befor but It was so bad it was turing into sort or methane smell. My husband took a bite as I did but after 5 mins It smelled and tasted worse, like rotting trash from a garbage compactor. After we took a reluctant bite after words it was So disgusting I brought it back to Facility and they gave me another bacon wrapped hot dog without the Chutney. Regardless several hours later we all had diarrhea. My husband had to call out sick the next day stomach cramps and diarrhea. I have been throwing up with non stop diarrhea. My children did not go to school the following day becuase of diarrhea. Aqudica needs to seriously check their preped food in there cools like e 4 hours for public safety. For the last 2 days it hurt so bad it feel like all my organs were going to explode.
