Ate a small mushroom pizza from Sauce Restaurant in Tucson. Pretty sure all the mushrooms were shiitake. And there were a lot of them on the pizza. Woke up with severe diarrhea and it has been going on all day. That’s all I had for dinner so it seems like it must have been, the mushroom pizza.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a couple pieces of mushroom pizza from Dominos at 10:00 pm, went to sleep at 11:00 and woke up at 4:00 am with severe stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. It lasted for 8 hours.
