Ritz Crackers could be the cause of food poisoning. Ritz Cracker products were voluntarily recalled in 2018 due to potential contamination with Salmonella. A Salmonella infection often occurs 12-72 hours after consumption, and is associated with stomach cramps and diarrhea.
