We ate in the Harrods Cafe at 13:50, then carried on shopping.
Got home around 6.30pm around 7.30 i had a cramping pain in left side just under ribcage, pain got so intense i started to vomit, took 2 paracetomol pain started to subcide around 11.00pm went... See More to bed and woke up around 2pm with intence pain again, didnt know what to do pacing around, should i call ambulance or drive to A&E dicided not a good idea to drive as kept reaching and doubled over in pain, took 2 more paracetomol pain started to ease in around 20 mins went to sleep got up for work and completely normal other than diarrhea.
The next day i spoke to the friend i was at Harrods with and told her how i was, she replied so was i, up all night with cramping stomach, it was her who told me it was food poisoning. She works at University Collage London Hospital. band 7 Nurse specalist.

Woke up 3:00 am, dizzy and room was spinning, didnt know what was wrong with me, friend 2 and I are the only ones that got sick, very SICK, I HAVE A HUGE RESPONSIBILITY TAKING CARE OF MY MOTHER....
