Stouffer's, like other frozen packaged meals, can be contaminated with bacteria leading to food poisoning when not properly prepared or stored. Additionally, Stouffer's could be contaminated with foreign objects leading to injury. In 2016, Stouffer's recalled products for glass contamination.

Today Stouffer's Mac & Five Cheese 15 - 20 mins after eating it I had a bowel movement but still felt nausea then eventually threw up. It was just as cheesy coming up as it was going down. Yuck. It was the only thing Ive eaten today. I still feel sick. Ugh  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea
