Sweetgreen lunch 4/8 on Madison and Dearborn. Threw up multiple times. Wife had the same harvest bowl but without rice. So it had to be the rice?. Throwing up all night. Had sweetgreen for lunch and a granola bar for breakfast.. #sweetgreen #chicago #loop  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
