  It is possible to get food poisoning from a Gastropub. The most commonly reported symptoms of Bar Louie food poisoning are vomiting and diarrhea. In Nov 2019 a Bar Louie location in Clearwater, FL was shutdown for live roaches in the kitchen and food held at unsafe temps had to be thrown away.
