You can get food poisoning from supermarket products. Nausea and diarrhea are the most commonly reported symptoms of ShopRite food poisoning. In December 2019 the Somerset County Department of Health confirmed a case of Hepatitis A in a food handler at the Somerville location.

We got the premade, rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes and the mashed potatoes were definitely bad. We are profusely vomiting it It’s disgusting never shopping here again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

A mango smoothie with antioxidants, I drank the mango smoothie from Bolthouse Farms and around 10 minutes after finishing it i had a major headache, nausea, dizziness, stomach aches, weakness, exhaustion, etc for the whole day. my wife to bring me Tidos alcohol ( I only reccomend top shelf liquors), or you can get your self more sick. Seems like it helped a little, but it was not an instant cure, maybe a half hour later constant bathroom rounds of dry heaving of the feeling of vomit,( and only vomit up a half of the progresso soup, I wish it were more). I had a sleepless night, by morning (Thursday) I felt so sick still, and, this is when cramps kicked in. I was feeling very dehydrated and picked up two bottles of Gatorade and two ginger pills (I have zero appetite). I am on day 3, lots of highs and lows with very little energy. Only been eating rice, ritzs crackers, tea, Gatorade, and coconut water. My digestion feels weird, almost like a bubble in my digestive track, Pedialyte seemed to help a little tonight. Feeling very lethargic. I think I would be deadly sick if not for the vodka, which I am not suppose to have because of my fatty liver but this was an emergency

Yesterday night Hillshire farm smoked beef sausages Had a sausage for breakfast at 8:30am the only thing I’ve eaten in 9 hours later became nauseous and vomited yellow foam with a headache.  There was just a recall on the same sausage back in September 2023 just with a different EST number.  | Symptoms: Headache, Vomiting, Nausea, Other
