We visited Sayulita on 3/13 for just a few hours. Three people went mountain biking and those three were violently ill the next day. Same symptoms, vomiting, diarrhea, body aches. It was awful. We heard norovirus was going around in town. Will not be going back to Sayulita anytime soon.

Organic is when the bird wasn't fed or injected with the growth hormone that makes it become a bigger size faster than usual time, etc, however it doesn't necessarily mean the food is safe to eat. From what I see the colours (an excessive red and dark) of those chicken don't seem normal to me, also the air inside the frozen bag could be an indicator of microbial growth, so it's better not to eat the second one.
