Today Bad chicken I sent the chicken quesadilla back and notified the serve that the chicken was bad, shortly after leaving the restaurant I got really sick. I just called the GM and told him and the guy talks to me, the customer, like I am wrong... I have a current food handlers permit and there are numerous things that could have happened to that particular chicken before it made it to my table. Cross contamination, leaving it out too long. He could have had an extra chicken from a previous order, set that pot piece aside, and put it back on the grill a few mins when my order came in.
