Repair the middle section of metal flooring for the walk-in freezer where the floor is buckled and coming up.

Must label food storage containers when food is not in original package. 49 - must clean food debris build up from fryer cabinet, wheel bases of all equipment. Must clean food debris at interior of cooling units. 55 - must clean debris build up from floor along with wall bases in prep and dishwashing areas, walk-in freezer. Priority 7-42-090.
