Comí un tazón de proteínas de quinoa con pollo y aproximadamente 30 minutos después me enfermé gravemente con dolor de estómago, escalofríos y vómitos en proyectil.

I had dinner last night with friends and ordered the Ahi poke (tuna) ... at about 1am I started puking so hard, I felt my eyeballs coming out of their sockets. I had to miss work today due to poor conduct and cooking. I will be reporting this on every platform I possibly can.
