I was perfectly fine, had only eaten plain toast in the morning but within a few hours after eating the chicken and rice bowl from Nando’s, I had rapid onset diarrhoea and vomiting and severe stomach cramps
What I believe was food poisoning | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos, Dolor de estómago, Obstáculo, Escalofríos, Cefalea

Comí un Nando's el domingo por la noche, me desperté el lunes con el peor caso de intoxicación alimentaria que he tenido, solo puedo decir que ahora, 2 días después, me estoy empezando a sentir mejor
