“Classic tostada on July 26th”
“Had a loco salad and stuffed chicken avocado quesadilla. Used their salsa, Pico de Gallo and green avocado sauce. Early next am, the runs 7x so far, nausea and stomach cramps. They forgot a pollo bowl in our drive thru order to boot (May have been a blessing). Thinking it... was the avocado sauce that did me in. ”
“I ate a pollo bowl 2 people ate and got sick. Symptoms started about2 hours after eating and began with severe cramping, nausea, and then proceeded all night with bloody diarrhea and vomiting. My cramping is very severe. I'm feeling nauseous, lightheaded, and in alot of pain. My son is... also having all these symptoms. He ate a meal, but also ate the rest of my pollo bowl because I couldn't finish it. ”
“I bought a 12 piece chicken with mashed potatoes , Mac and cheese and gravy . I consumed only 2 pieces of chicken and shortly afterwards I got watery explosive diarrhea . It is so bad I’ve been crying while my husband tries to consolidate me with any possible medicine... I can take . I have been vomiting consistently as well . ”
“I went for a quick lunch at 2:30 pm on 1-24-2020. Ordered the chicken avacado burrito. I felt very sick at 3 and started vomiting at 3:30. I vomited. Every 20 mins. It got more violent at 5:30. I have been up all night vomiting about every 30 mins or... so. I am currently vomiting bile or stomach acid. Its 8:04am the next day and I got an hour an half sleep. I very rarely get sick so I feel awful. My concern is the chicken was not cooked or the staff is passing some kind of illness. I want to help others to come forward or not get sick. I have dierrea now. Stomach has a lot of pain. I can only sip water which helps to throw up the bile. ”
“Ate the chicken tamale plate for lunch Wednesday and leftovers on thursday. 45 minutes after eating the leftovers the second day i was vomiting and dry heaving violently. Also nauseous. ”
“Frozen crispy crowns heated up I noticed the potatoes weren't looking as good as usual when heating them up in the oven, I ate a few and they didn't taste normal, so I threw them away, then like 2 hours later, I started having massive diarrhea, the worst I've ever... had in my life, 2-3 times per hour, several accidents, and I can't drink enough water because it makes me more nauseous, this is very scary, ”
“My son had chicken nuggets, I had a spicy chicken sandwhich and once we got home we started feeling sick. My son had vomiting, fever and diarrhea. I had stomach pains, diarrhea and fever. My husband only had one bite of my food and took one more day to get... sick and he had vomit and diarrhea. Symptoms lasted about 5-6 days. ”
“I ordered a large original crust pizza half pepperoni and half sausage. When I got home and ate a few slices I started feeling nauseous so I laid down. Not even 3 mins. After I laid down I got up and ran to the bathroom. I started having watery and... runny bowel movements. I had diarrhea for about 10 mins. Straight. As I stood up after I wiped myself I got dizzy and vomited. After I vomited I was too weak to get up but felt my stomach hurting so I wiped the seat as much as possible before I quickly sat back down to pass diarrhea again. I was feeling bad for about 20 more mins. As I could not get up. I was weak and felt drained. When I was finally able to get up and get to my phone I called up to them and asked to speak to a manager and was told to call back another time because they were busy. I politely said OK in a weak voice.. The man on the phone didn't ask if he could help me with something or if something was wrong he just got off of the phone. After that I called the ER. I honestly do not think they were busy because I left there not too long go, the background was not loud nor sounded busy, he spoke in a low tone as if he was whispering and he answered the phone quickly when I called. I do believe he had an idea of what I was calling about. I will call back up there and I will go to the hospital tomorrow morning if I am not feeling better. I know it was the pizza because I slept in late. When I got up around noon I ate a small bag of pretzels, and a grapefruit cup. I was fine for hours then I order this pizza and it destroyed my digestive system. On top of that I do not appreciate how unconcerned the employee that worked there was while talking on the phone with me even though he could hear how bad I sounded on the phone. I will not be back. ”
“Ate two personal containers of blue bunny ice cream. Very small. I ate two small personal containers of blue bunny ice cream birthday cake flavored. 4 hours later I woke up in horrible stomach pain and having convulsions. I threw up immediately and didn’t stop for hours. The stomach pain... was unbearable and my whole body felt like when your leg falls asleep. ”
“I have not eaten out not once except for since this coronavirus started. I pressure washed all day yesterday and decided to get for dinner around 9 PM Bc it was late. The only thing that I eat that my family didn’t eat was a chicken quesadilla. I’m pretty sure... I got food poisoning. my stomach has been cramping severely all day since this morning. I’ve been throwing up and had severe diarrhea. ”
