Saturday May 9th. Dozen oysters. Appeared to have been shucked earlier in day; liquor was spilled out but still on ice. Thought it was safe since establishment was well capitalized. Should have known, not an R month, no matter what. 24 hrs later, intense diarrhea and heavy vomiting.
