my husband felt sickly went we went to the dinner buffet called Isabella. He said he thhought maybe the burger he had at lunch may have been bad. He did not eat dinner. About an hour later he became VIOLENTLY ill. It passed within 3-4 hours. He felt better by the next, just he got sick  | Síntomas: Vómitos, Náusea, Fiebre, Diarrea

Arrived 6-8-19 party of 6 departed 6-15-19. 2 of the 6 started having chills and nausea on about the 4th day after arriving. Since home they have now diarrhea, vomiting, fever and feeling worse. Esto ha ocurrido. Pero en enero de 2017. Estuvo hospitalizado durante tres días. Sangrado gástrico, anemia grave. Los síntomas originales incluían urticaria, escalofríos, vómitos, diarrea. I became violently ill in the middle of night. Just wanted to report this with all of the strings of deaths and illnesses surrounding the country., My cousin also got sick.
