Got a taco, steak boss wrap and a nacho supreme with no sour cream. There was an extra nacho supreme with sour cream included and i ate some of it. Terrible decision, i was completely incapacitated the next day: fatigue, diarrhea, fever, nausea.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre

I ate at 3:30, developed severe abdominal cramps with nausea at around 8:30 and multiple episodes of diarrhea from 9:30-3:00. And this was while on a road trip to top it all off. I ate cheesy fiesta potatoes, beefy nacho griller, and a few bites of a chicken quesadilla.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre

Order extra sour cream on a grilled stuft Nacho. By 5 am that night/morning I was throwing up all the contents of my stomach. this proceeded to last all day as well as extremely watery and frequent diarrhea. on 5-19-15 I ordered nacho doritos tacos regular I ate three daughter at two. At 2am she spewed chunks and stayed home from school. At 4am my bowels exploded followed by vomit aftershock. I have been alternating between watery stools and throwing up bile since 7am! 5-20-15  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos, Hiel

Pedí un crujido de gordito con queso, un nacho bell grande y un enchirito el 13 de febrero de 2015. Me desperté en medio de la noche con un fuerte dolor abdominal y durante los siguientes 3 días y medio tuve diarrea, dolor de estómago y náuseas. El médico del hospital estuvo de acuerdo en que pensaba que también era intoxicación alimentaria.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Dolor de estómago
