I got a bowl of chicken white rice lettuce corn salsa cheese and guacamole. I ate chips and guacamole. Immediately started having stomach cramps after about 30 mins of eating. I ate fried rice, Beijing beef, and 2 veggie spring roll. This was the only meal I ate today as it was quite large. I ate around 6 and I became nauseous around 11 pm.
