“I ate a beyond burger yesterday, and a hand hour later I had horrid bloating, sharp gastric pains and lots of gas. I woke up today feel the same, along with an added on headache, random body chill, with no fever or fatigue. My bodies reaction to this processed plant... See More based meat is bizzare. I learned that just because something is labeled as plant based or organic, doesn't make it healthy for consumption. I found out that it's loaded with chemicals, processed soy (soy isn't really very healthy and can negatively effect hormones), very high in sodium and fat. Dear vegetarians and vegans, stop promoting this meatless alternative as healthy! Because it's really not and does more harm, than good for the majority.
