I had chow meinnoodles and mixed vegetables and spring rolls with Teriyakisauce and sweet and sour sauce . It was literally the only thing I ate that day that could’ve made me feel bad. I’m a healthy eater. My symptoms started later that night around 8 hours later before bed with just an upset stomach. But the next day when I work up I felt awful . I had hot and cold sweats . I was sweating but felt cold . I was shaky and dizzy . I had diarrhea and nausea . My skin was pale . It wasn’t just a nauseous feeling but a in my gut awful kind of feeling . I could just tell it was food poisoning and my stomach wasn’t handling it well at all.
