Chicken Arrabbiata with Penne Pasta recalled due to Undeclared Allergen and Fish

Dunnes Stores has issued a recall for its Chicken Arrabbiata with Penne Pasta due to undeclared fish and barley allergens. The affected product was distributed in Ireland in stores where it was sold with incorrect labeling.

The recalled product is:
- Dunnes Stores Chicken Arrabbiata with Penne Pasta (400g)
- With batch code E2236C204
- A use-by date of 01/02/2026.
- It was mislabeled, containing Irish Beef Ragu and Conchiglie Pasta instead.

The issue was identified when the product was found to be mispacked. The recall was announced on January 21, 2026, and is classified as an allergy alert.
