March 5th, 2026:
Perfect Pasta, Incorporated has issued a voluntary recall of its Lobster & Crab Ravioli due to undeclared allergens, including shrimp, crab, lobster, pollock, whiting, and soy. The affected product was distributed exclusively to consignees in Utah, USA.

The recalled product is:
- Labeled as Lobster & Crab Ravioli
- Intended to be kept frozen and further cooked.
- It is packaged in 10-pound cases
- With a production date of January 19, 2026.
- A total of 42 cases are affected.

The recall was initiated on February 8, 2026, after the issue was discovered.
