D. Coluccio & Sons Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of Sapori Amaretti Almonds 175 g cookies due to elevated levels of hydrocyanic acid. The product was distributed in New York, New Jersey, Georgia, and California in the United States.The recalled cookies are:

- Lot Number / Best before date:
L355122 / 02.05.2026
L355246 / 03.09.2026.
- A total of 800 units are affected by this recall.
The issue was discovered through internal testing. The recall, classified as Class II, was initiated on December 14, 2025, and classified on January 6, 2026.
